Depending on the services you use, this may include:
Your name, date of birth, address and contact details.
Enquiries, appointment details, purchases and payment records.
Medical history, medication, allergies and information relevant to treatment suitability.
Consultation notes, treatment plans, prescription information, consent forms and aftercare records.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, assess suitability, provide treatment and aftercare, maintain clinical records, process payments and manage complaints or legal matters.
Our website contact form is for enquiries. Please avoid including sensitive medical information in it. Bookings and clinical records are managed through Aesthetic Nurse Software (ANS).
Where necessary and lawful, we may receive relevant information from another healthcare professional or someone authorised to act for you. We will provide appropriate information about its source and use.
If you do not provide information necessary for a safe assessment, we may be unable to offer treatment.
-
Depending on the purpose, we rely on:
Contract: to arrange and provide services you request, manage bookings and process payments.
Legal obligation: to meet applicable legal requirements, including financial record-keeping.
Legitimate interests: to administer and protect our business, respond to enquiries, maintain appropriate records and manage complaints or claims, where your rights do not override those interests.
Consent: for optional marketing and promotional use of identifiable photographs.
Health information receives additional protection. Where applicable, we process it for healthcare assessment and treatment under the responsibility of healthcare professionals subject to confidentiality obligations, or where necessary for legal claims.
We obtain explicit consent for optional promotional uses that reveal health information.
Consent to treatment is separate from consent to marketing or promotional photography.
-
We use ANS to manage bookings, medical histories, consultation notes, consent forms and clinical photographs electronically. We do not routinely maintain paper clinical records.
Relevant communications may also be held in our email and messaging systems. Information necessary for your care may be added to your clinical record.
We share information only where necessary and lawful, including with:
Providers supporting our clinical records, website, communications and payments.
Healthcare professionals or pharmacies involved in your care.
Our insurers or broker, including Cosmetic Insure, and relevant professional advisers.
Regulators or authorities where disclosure is required or otherwise justified.
We limit information shared to what is needed. We do not sell your personal information.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which states that information may be processed in the United States and describes safeguards including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Further information is available at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.
Communications providers, including Google and Meta, may also process information internationally. Applicable arrangements depend on the service used. Contact us for information about providers handling your data and relevant transfer safeguards.
Please avoid sending detailed medical histories or sensitive photographs through social media. We may ask you to provide clinical information through ANS or another appropriate route.
-
Clinical records, consent forms and clinical photographs are retained for 10 years following your last treatment at Sorelle Aesthetics. Where a clinical consultation does not lead to treatment, we retain its clinical record for 10 years following that consultation.
Records may be retained longer where justified by legal or insurance requirements, an ongoing complaint or a legal claim. Different arrangements may apply to children’s records.
We retain other enquiries while responding and managing necessary follow-up. Once an enquiry is closed, we review whether it remains necessary to keep the information, considering any outstanding issue or potential dispute.
Financial records are retained for applicable accounting and tax requirements.
Marketing details are retained while you remain subscribed, subject to periodic review. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal record to respect your preference.
Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised, taking account of relevant provider backup arrangements.
-
Clinical photographs may form part of your assessment, treatment planning and clinical record. We explain their purpose before taking them.
Separate, optional consent is requested before identifiable photographs are used on our website, social media or promotional materials. Refusing this consent will not affect your care.
You can withdraw promotional consent at any time. We will stop future use and remove material from channels we control where reasonably possible. Withdrawal does not make previous lawful use unlawful. We may be unable to retrieve printed materials already distributed or copies shared independently by others.
Clinical copies may still be retained where there is a lawful reason to do so.
We send occasional promotional messages only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe or contact us to stop them at any time. Necessary appointment and care messages are separate from marketing.

Request deletion or restriction of its use.
